It is truly amazing how support for the Birch Solar Farm comes from folks who do not live anywhere near the proposed installation. I remember attending meetings where yellow T-shirt wearing supporters worked the crowd. At the time I could not find anyone who lived near the proposed site among the supporters.

The framers of our Constitution established two houses of Congress. The House of Representatives, with 435 members, is elected based on population. The Senate represents each state with two Senators from each state for a total of 100 Senators.
