Letter: Dogs will also miss daily newspaper

Four members of our household will be extremely distressed over the end of a cherished morning routine: Terri, Deb, Bentley and Ulfur.

Every morning, after reading The Lima News while sipping coffee, Deb releases Bentley and Ulfur into the living room for their daily routine. With sparkling eyes and prancing from excitement, each dog receives a page of the newspaper from Terri. They quickly set to work tossing and shredding and tussling over strips of the goodies before settling down to contentedly eat every single bit.

We will each mourn the loss of a daily newspaper in our own ways.
