Letter: Officiating crew deserves an ‘F’

I wonder what grade Jim Naveau of The Lima News would give the officiating crew of the Fiesta Bowl.Did the SEC crew have an agenda?

Or how would he grade replays and booth reviews we have had in the last several years in all three sports?
