Letter: Life saved at football game

They say everyone has a guardian angel. On Oct. 25th I think mine came along at the perfect time.

As I was leaving the Shawnee/Elida football game at halftime and was walking to my car, I blacked out in the high school parking lot. This Angel administered CPR and alerted the Shawnee rescue team who were at the game and may have saved my life.

The EMTs didn’t seem to know who she was and after several inquiries, phone calls and Facebook posts, we still haven’t found out who she was.

If you are that angel or know who she was, I would really like to know and to thank her. I would like to say God Bless you from the bottom of my heart.

Tim Miller, Elida
