What personal and professional characteristics make for an effective local public servant?
In my opinion, the ones possessed by Chris Seddelmeyer who is seeking reelection Tuesday as a Shawnee Township Trustee.
I have known Chris for more than 40 years. She has an amazing blend of empathy, kindness, humility and intelligence. Her only goal as an elected official is to help the township she lives in meet the needs of as many residents as possible through responsible and effective leadership.
I urge residents of Shawnee Township to vote Chris Seddelmeyer for trustee so that she can continue to serve township residents with the experience and talent that she has so excellently exhibited over the past several years.
