This past Saturday, we held our first Cable-TV-War meeting. What seemed to impress the crowd the most was the fact that just a few days ago, President Trump signed an executive order that makes our job a lot easier.
He authorized the government to implement policies that “reduce barriers and seek capital investment” that would improve broadband service for all Americans. The President of the United States is now on our side.
Some people think we have tackled the impossible, but I think the stars are lining up in our favor.
The next meeting is 2:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Lima Public Library auditorium. You should be there.
