As a former Pandora resident and six-year student of Pandora-Gilboa school district, I want to offer my congratulations to the fine season experienced by the high school football team.
My children/grandchildren, nieces and nephews are in same conference (Firelands) as Norwalk St. Paul. We (Mapleton, South Central and New London) face them regularly and it’s nearly always frustrating. Just know that when you lined up across from them Friday night, those guys were from nine different school districts.
It was nice to see a lot of the same names on the back of those P-G jerseys that were there when I moved away 50 years ago.
So stand tall and walk proud. All that you achieved you did on your own. A season to remember.
