Letter: Accolades earned, deserved at Lima Memorial

On June 9th, an unexpected emergency sent me to Lima Memorial Health System’s ICU floor with seven days of caring for me. There were many people trained wanting to help me survive, and they brought me through to the road of recovery. God was with me, and the care I received was exceptional. My confidence in the nurses helped me to recover enough to go home.

My surgeon, Dr. Heffner, applied knowledge and experience to address my problem. He instilled confidence to me that he could get me through my problem.

Home healthcare from Lima Memorial monitored my needs and advised me at my home. Jenna worked with me at my home and modeled a caring attitude and her duty was my recovery.

For the care I received, I’m grateful and thankful for these dedicated people, who were there when I desperately needed them. Thank you all.
