My husband Richard Groves retired from the Lima Tank Plant. He was so proud of those tanks! He was also proud of the USA and the military people who served our country.
Rick passed away Oct. 13, 2019. I know he would have loved to meet Joshua Hayes and thank him for his service. I also know he would have supported his candidacy for Mayor of Lima.
I believe Joshua Hayes is the answer to a bright new future for Lima! #votehayesformayor2021
