Letter: Council shoud appoint Thompson

I would strongly appreciate the Lima City Council to vote Carla Thompson to represent the Third Ward. It is rare that I support a Democrat in any election. However, this young lady has worked hard. She has earned my respect. She has represented our ward very well!
