In the Monday, Dec. 21 edition of The Lima News, Jim Krumel reported U.S. Rep. Bob Latta is blaming slow mail delivery on our mail being sent to Michigan for processing. This is not an Ohio problem; it’s a national problem. It was caused by Trump firing the postmaster general. His replacement ordered the removal of sorting machines. These machines sorted thousands of letters a minute.
Of course Latta would never have the nerve to point this out.
