I cannot believe the Allen County commissioners approved $23,500 for a consultant to tell Brion Rhodes how to make his messed up roundabout safer. The public and law enforcement have already told him how to make it safer — reduce it to one lane.
If a driver in the inside lane wants to exit and a driver in the outside lane wants to go on around there will be an accident. Law enforcement doesn’t issue a citation because who is wrong and who is right.
Rhodes wants to install signage which will only distract drivers even more. Go back to a traffic signal or use common sense.
