Residents of the 5th Ward of Lima have complained about cars being parked in yards and on the tree lawn area for the last several months. Complaints have been made to the mayor, the chief of police, and the 5th ward councilman, and yet the the same issues continue to exist.
The majority of the residents of the 5th ward take pride in their property and our neighborhood. It is not asking too much that code regulations be enforced equally throughout he City of Lima.
