One of the worst things that a new boss can do is to change something just so you know there’s a new sheriff in town. Joe Biden has been wringing his hands and whining that he doesn’t know how the Trump vaccine will be distributed to the people who need it.
If he would come out of his basement once in a while, he would know that the medical professionals have been delivering flu vaccines to the public for a number of years. That same system can be used for the Trump vaccine with a few modifications. The groundwork has all been done with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers to make sure everything will move smoothly.
Biden cannot allow the vaccine to continue to be known as the Trump vaccine so he must change it. To help him, he has chosen Xavier Becerra as his Secretary of Health and Human Services. Mr. Becerra is not a doctor and has no knowledge of how to deal with the pandemic much less the distributing of a vaccine. He does know how to deal with death since he is a darling of Planned Parenthood and Pro-Choice America.
Together, Biden and Becerra will change the distribution system enough to call it the Biden vaccine. It doesn’t matter that any changes will disrupt a working system so long as Trump doesn’t get credit.
