Being a farmer myself, I realize Norm Capps understands the role agriculture plays in the Allen County economy. Mr. Capps operates a true family farm, surviving several national financial crises over the years. He truly understands and can relate to the challenge’s family farms and small business face daily, and the importance they play in our economy, thus adding jobs and purchasing power in Allen County.
None of the candidates bring to the table the experience Capps has in owning and running a family farm since the 1980s. None can understand the struggles and address the issues of family farms and small business better than one who has faced them daily.
