I know Norm Capps. He is a proud veteran. He volunteered to be drafted during the time of the Vietnam War. During that time, he received recognition and awards for service to his country.
The many veterans of Allen County know the pride and responsibility one has when they are called on to serve. Mr. Capps understands duty and service for those having put their life on the line for their country. This gives him background and the understanding teamwork plays to accomplish tasks the county faces. He has a proven track record as a 14-year Perry Township Trustee.
As a veteran of both the Iraq and Desert Storm conflicts I am proudly going to mark my ballot for Norm Capps. I hope you look at his qualifications and background and decide Mr. Capps is the most qualified candidate for Allen County Commissioner.
