Norm Capps brings the knowledge and responsibility of taking care and managing budgets related to roads in Perry Township. His knowledge will carry over to address the concerns and condition of Allen County roads and bridges and will work with the county engineer in addressing the issues on behalf of the county’s best interests.
It only makes sense we elect someone who has actually done the job a county commissioner does, only on a smaller scale. He has done this for 14 years as a Township Trustee, as many former commissioners have served before being elected to that position.
As a person in the building trades, you don’t put a first-year apprentice on a job the requires a journeyman. Capps has the resume of the journeyman and most qualified for being our next commissioner.
