Letter: Troublemakers shipp in

Our commmunity had a few people paid to come and protest in our town of Wapakoneta last Saturday. I commend our police and sheriff’s departments for keeping peace and showing professionalism, unlike some reporter who came only to try and make news by asking people if they were there protesting or the rednecks of this town.

Well you sir need to look in the mirror. We are hard-working citizens who pay our taxes and go to work. We didn’t ask for these few people to come to our town and protest. They chose our little town because they wanted to try and stir things up to get on national news, which did not happen. If it did anything it brought our town and neighbors closer. They weren’t even from around here. Shipped in on buses, and paid to come here and to try and start trouble.

Rachelle Wildermuth-Bohinski, Wapakoneta
