Well, now we know. The President knew very well the problems that could come with the Covid-19, but he did not share that with Congress or U.S. citizens. Instead, as he said, he tried to “play it down”.
We all remember TV shows where people were admonished in court to “Tell the Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing but the Truth.”
Well President Trump did not follow those instructions, and now we are suffering the consequences.
Trump will not release his tax returns and our Allen County Sheriff does not want body cameras. What are they hiding? The truth?
But we should be used to it. Jim Jordan was an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State and like Sargeant Schultz he knew “nothing, nothing, nothing” of what went on.
Our former Allen County sheriff went to prison. Did anyone ever say what happened with the missing guns from the Sheriff Department?
Our former Allen County dog warden went to prison.
I can think of a few more local politicians who should be in prison. Wonder who will be next?
Trump also wants to roll back many pollution rules and eliminate taxes. So, will we face a dead river again in Lima? Don’t forget a public debt that we hand off to our grandchildren to suffer through?
Ever wonder what happened to pecans from Eastern Texas? Ask them: pollution from power houses west of them (without proper pollution controls) killed the trees. What is next to come?
