I have been a resident of Lima since 1975. There are many things over the years that I am proud to be part of.
I believe we live in a great country and I don’t take our freedoms lightly. Just as God gave us freedom of choice, so has our governor. He strongly urges social distancing and wearing a mask or facial covering. As we slowly open our economy, I try very hard to observe both to protect as best as I can the people I encounter. However, in utilizing one of our supermarkets I became quickly aware of other customers who were not using either recommendation. I felt very vulnerable.
I urge each of us to consider one another and do whatever we can to keep one another safe. I believe every life matters.
