In 1986 and 1987 Kenny Richey was sentenced to death row by former Putnam County Judge Randal Basinger and three other judges. Kenny should have had a jury trial. That same time Judge Basinger kept me out of my son’s wrongful death lawsuit.
In 1988, I had major problems in my divorce. Many people in the “good ol’ boy Putnam County Court system” were guilty of corruption at its finest.
I’m suggesting people in Putnam County read Kenny’s book. I donated a copy of it to the library in memory of my oldest son Bobby Riepenhoff. I saw many crooked events that happened to me and Kenny.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
