I followed Mike Luebrecht’s jury case religiously. Common sense told me that two psychiatrists who prescribed the two antidepressants then failed to monitor Mike closely were to blame for Mike’s mental condition. All the jurors should hang their heads in shame.
Mike gratefully thanked Judge Basinger for granting him a second chance at freedom. The judge should have released Mike on time spent in prison. How sad the prison doctors turn Mike’s mental condition around. How sad when you have to pay for doctor’s mistakes.
