I live in Minnesota and my son goes to school in Lima.
His car broke down due to the extreme weather conditions in the early morning hours of Jan. 2 out on the freeway. I wanted to say thanks to Big Daddy’s Towing of Lima, especially to their very professional polite driver named Kyle. He made this horrible experience one hundred times better for my son. And his professionalism, he handled the car with care.
Tow truck drivers do not get the appreciation that they deserve. They’re out there battling the horrible elements to help others. This world needs more people like this gentleman and Big Daddy’s Towing.
It’s hard being a parent and being this far away and something bad happens, but this company took my worries away. We appreciate you Big Daddy’s Towing.
