Letter: Stop the destruction of net neutrality

We have a chance to stop the destruction of Net Neutrality. Senate Schumer will bring up a motion in the Senate under the Congressional Review Act to repeal the FCC’s action and restore Net Neutrality. We need to let Senator Sherrod Brown, Senator Rob Portman, and Representative Jim Jordan that we want Net Neutrality restored.

If you want to avoid higher costs for internet access and slower loading for sites your ISP doesn’t like, you need to let Congress know. Call as often as you can and urge your friends to do so as well. Only if Congress gets a flood of calls will this bill have a chance.

Just call, give your name and zip code and say that you want Net Neutrality restored through the Congressional Review Act. Call now and call tomorrow, rinse and repeat. Remember that persistence counts. You can call Senator Brown at (202) 224-2315, Senator Portman at (202) 224-3353, and Representative Jordan at (202) 225-2676.
