Before you throw RTA under the bus, I suggest that you take one dollar, go down to the transfer station at 200 East High St., and ride the bus.
You will be surprised to see the difference looking out rather than looking in.
You will have the opportunity to see and meet the people who need and use the service provided by RTA. If after you ride the bus and still vote against the tax levy, I will refund your Dollar.
