Is change for the sake of change a good idea?
There has been a lot of talk this campaign season about making a change in Lima’s mayor’s office because Mayor Berger has been there so long!
Let me ask this question of the voters of the City of Lima: If you have been going to the same doctor for the past 20 or more years and he has been treating your conditions and keeping you alive and healthy, then another doctor comes along who has little or no medical experience and has done nothing for you, but he offers promises without detail or specifics that he will do a better job and improve your health. Would you gamble on the doctor who offers only vague promises or would you stick with the doctor who knows you and has worked for years to maintain your health?
Dave Berger has been the mayor of Lima for the past 28 years, and the city is alive and doing well! There is no need to change. I retired after 38 years at JSMC which remained open thanks to the efforts of Mayor Berger.
Vote to keep Dave Berger mayor of Lima.
