There are still good people in this world!
On Friday, Aug. 11, my wife and I decided to go for dinner at the Orchard Tree Restaurant in Van Wert before attending the concert in the park. After we enjoyed a nice dinner, we requested our check from the waitress. She had several in her hand but couldn’t find ours. She said just a minute to check and returned saying that our bill was not in the register anymore. Someone had paid it. What a nice surprise.
To those nice people, we would like to say “Thank You.” We will certainly be paying forward in the near future also. Continue the nice gesture.
