On a recent Saturday morning after leaving work, I stopped at Bob Evans for an early lunch. When I asked for my check, I was told that it had been paid and that the kind person preferred to remain anonymous.
I was so surprised and pleased. That generous, thoughtful person had no way of knowing that they had just bought me an 87th birthday luncheon!
