Letter: Real American strength — huh?

What does this logo really mean and where is the “Real American Strength” located?

Lima’s east side has a beautifully constructed Interstate-75 overpass on Harding Highway. On the side of the overpass are large bold white letters that state: “Real American Strength.” If you are traveling east on Harding Highway in the center of the overpass underneath this beautiful logo, it says North – Toledo and if you are traveling west on Harding Highway you will see South – Dayton under the logo.

Is this where the Real American Strength is located or is it in Lima/Allen County? Or does it mean that it took Real American Strength to construct the overpass? Why wasn’t Lima and/or Allen County mentioned when the logo was developed? What’s the message?
