I wanted to give a big shout-out to two groups:
• First, to the Allen East SADD program for standing in the freezing cold Friday morning and handing out McDonald’s coupons for every student that had their seatbelt on as they entered the parking lot! What a great idea to encourage and reward students!
• Second, to the boys in blue at Lima Police Department, particularly Officer Snyder. My car lost all power and decided to die at a stop light right by the courthouse early Saturday morning. He immediately assisted me to help me get into a safe spot until my help arrived! Thanks again LPD!
