As a 20-year member of the American Legion Post 96, I truly believe that the club no longer is being run as a Veterans Club but has turned into a local tavern. Therefore, I would like to remind all veterans that there is a club that has and will always stay true to the veterans — VFW 1275.
I’m sure you will be given the respect you deserve there. Many of you has fought for this country, and I think it’s time we fight for you. When you veterans get your club back, many of us who left may return.
