Bob and Cindy Martinez
LIMA — Mr. Bob and Mrs. Cindy (Edmiston) Martinez are celebrating 50 years of marriage with a private family dinner and a cabin trip at a later date.
The couple was married on March 17, 1973, at Epworth United Methodist Church in Lima with Reverend Donald Yocum officiating.
They are the parents of two children: Ian (Rachael) Martinez, of Springboro, and Matt Martinez, of Lima. They have two granddaughters.
Bob is retired from Ineos (BP Chemical) after 35 years as a chemical operator. Cindy worked for 11 years at Bath Local Schools as a tutor and teacher’s aide for fifth and sixth grade at-risk students.
