The following individuals were indicted by the Putnam County Grand Jury on Sept. 14.

Amanda M. Ringler, 37, Payne; tampering with evidence.

Curt A. Laytart, 25, Findlay; grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Steven G. McFadden, 32, Findlay; aggravated possession of drugs.

Broc L. Baughman, 32, Ottoville; two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Justin D. Lammers, 23, Leipsic; disseminating matters harmful to juveniles.

Cody A. Hunter, 27, Elida; aggravated burglary, domestic violence, assault and criminal damaging or endangering.

Joshua G. Coleman, 27, Toledo; aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

Madison M. Randall, 28, Swanton; aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

Adam M. Ellerbrock, 36, Ottawa; counterfeiting.

Alicia A. Hanner, 28, Onsted, Mich.; aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine and failure to appear as required by recognizance.

Tony Gutierrez, 33, Ottawa; tampering with evidence.

Sept. 1

Manuel T. Bartsch, 35, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl related compound. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6.

Sept. 2

Joseph M. Litten, 38, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating community control standards. The violations included using cocaine and marijuana. He was placed on five years community control. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs (cocaine).

Sept. 6

Christine L. Lomeli, Ottawa, and Adam J. Lomeli, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 27, 2021 in Ottawa and have no children.

Ashley T. Arroyo, Kalida, was granted a divorce from Devon J. Krendl, Lima. They were married Dec. 23, 2017 in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and have one child.

Joseph W. Berger, Leipsic, and Cassandra L. Berger, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 12, 2012 in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and have no children.

Sept. 7

Olivia Bennett, Middle Point, and Brian Bennett, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of

marriage. They were married Oct 25, 2016 in Delphos and have four children.

New Cases

MidFirst Bank, Oklahoma City, Okla., v. Garrett M. Inbody, Leipsic, and Kalynn M. Inbody, Leipsic; foreclosure $214,213.49).

Megan Slusser, v. Cody Hunter; divorce with children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Sept. 6

Dante J. Stephenson, 45, Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 360 days jail, 270 days suspended, $500 fine, license suspended for one year. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Katie L. Gonzalez, 30, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $100 fine. A charge of falsification was dismissed.

Nicholas A. Felkey, 44, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA noncompliance. Sentence: 30 days jail 27 days suspended, $250 fine. He was fined $50 for hazardous zones.

Lisa A. Palte, 59, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Sept. 1

Capital One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. Michael J. Chamberlin, Ottawa, $3,124.43, plus court costs.

Sept. 6

Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, default judgment v. Ruby D. Schnipke, Leipsic, $1,165.22, plus interest and costs.

Sept. 7

Village of Ottawa, default judgment v. Charles R. Rieman, Continental, $636.89 for unpaid municipal income tax, penalty, and interest for tax year 2017, plus interest and costs.

Sept. 8

The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, default judgment v. Austin K. Sybert, Continental, $7,530.11.
