LIMA — Seven nursing students earned scholarships from the Lima Memorial Foundation during a signing ceremony at the hospital Thursday.
Recipients include Miah Binkley, Braya Blair, Cori Crawford, Emma Delong, Caitlyn Purvenas, Kiersten Sheridan and Karlie Wallace.
The seven women are all employed at Lima Memorial Health System while they finish their registered nursing credentials.
The Lima Memorial Hospital Auxiliary donated $100,000 to the foundation in 2023 to support health care career scholarships, which cover the cost of tuition and books.
