ADA — Ronald L. Zimmerly Jr., president and chief executive officer of Liberty National Bank, has announced the bank’s participation in the Welcome Home program, a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. The Welcome Home program was designed to assist eligible homeowners with down payment or closing costs when purchasing or buying a home.
The program provides up to $5,000 in grant money for eligible homeowners and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Funds will be available starting March 1 and will end when the money is no longer available.
