LIMA —The Allen County Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force will hold a bicycle and pedestrian count initiative from May 6 to 13 across the county at different points.
The initiative will assess the impact of new signage, crosswalks and bikeways, as well as changes in land use on cyclist and pedestrian behavior.
