CELINA — Mercer County Engineer Jim Wiechart said Watkins Road between Meiring Road and Burrville Road in Gibson Township will be closed for a culvert replacement. The closure will begin tentatively on April 17 and is expected to reopen in approximately three weeks, depending on the weather conditions.
