ELIDA — The village of Elida and Allen County Marine Corps League will host an American flag exchange from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, June 14, at Elida Town Hall, 406 E. Main St., Elida, in honor of Flag Day.
New American flags will be for sale, while old flags will be collected for proper disposal.
There is no fee to dispose of old flags, but people are encouraged to donate to the Disabled American Veterans-Chapter 89 or Marine Corps League.
