LIMA — The West Ohio Community Action Partnership is processing enrollment and re-verifcation of applications for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus Program.
The program helps clients manage energy bills by making utility payments more affordable based on a percentage of household income.
Homeowners and renters who have electric or natural gas utility service from a company regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Ohio are eligible for this if their income is at or below 175 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
