BLUFFTON — Explorers from the Black Swamp Area Council were recognized at the third annual Exploring Recognition and Scholarship Dinner on April 21 at The Centre in Bluffton.
Recognized were Lauren Bailey from the Hancock Sheriff’s Office Explorers and Blanchard Valley Medical Explorers for the Community Service Award, Marathon Petroleum Explorers for the Post of The Year Award, Hancock Homebuilders Explorers for the Grow the Movement Award, Lima FOP Post 21 Explorers for the Lynn Child Spirit of Exploring Award, Shawn Altman from the Marathon Petroleum IT Explorers for Advisor of the Year, Thomas Meagher from the Lima FOP Post 21 Explorers for the Explorer of the Year, and Audrey Farthing from the Blanchard Valley Medical Explorers and Dr. Doty Explorers for the Exploring Scholarship.
