Defendants enter not guilty pleas in Allen County court

LIMA — The following individuals who were indicted recently by an Allen County grand jury have entered pleas of not guilty to the charges against them:

Ontra Brooks, 55, of Lima, charged with possession of cocaine.

Richard Evans, 24, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Michael Little, 35, of Lima, charged with criminal damaging, felonious assault and two counts of having weapons under disability.

Cody Johnson, 34, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and the aggravated possession of drugs.

Nathaniel McLaurin, 31, of Lima, charged with two counts of strangulation and two counts of domestic violence.

Margie Parker, 39, of Dayton, charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound.

Nathan Hullinger, 25, of Lima, charged with two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs of abuse or a combination of them.

Rodney Hall Sr., 58, of Lima, charged with felonious assault and domestic violence.

Sidney Slater, 33, Ohio Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, charged with illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the ground of a specified government facility and the aggravated possession of drugs.

Jesten Walker, 43, Ohio Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, charged with with illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the ground of a specified government facility and the aggravated possession of drugs.

Jewon Gooding, 26, of Lima, charged with improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.

Elias Lugo, 26, of Findlay, charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Charles Simpson, 58, of Lima, charged with three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs of abuse or a combination of them.

Justin Monhollen, 29, of Spencerville, charged with counterfeiting and theft from a person in a protected class.

Devin Moore, 30, of Lima, charged with the illegal manufacture of drugs, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, three counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, having weapons under disability and tampering with evidence.

James Garner, 26, of Lima, charged with illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the ground of a specified government facility, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of drugs.
