New Rhodesology programs announced

LIMA —Rhodes State College announced Monday that it is putting grant funding to use for free youth programs.

The youth programs will be related to STEM and Computer Numerical Control technology starting with a mini-camp in February.

In June, there will be two Robotics Pre-College Summer Programs.

Grades five through seven will get to participate in Command Machines to Laser Engrave from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 24 and grades eight through 10 will get to participate in Robotics and Autonomous Systems: Intro to Robotics and Advanced Robotics from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 10 through 14.
