Lima City Schools to participate in Labor Day Parade

LIMA — Lima City Schools announced that a group of students, families and other supporters will march in Monday’s Labor Day Parade.

Spartan Marching Pride and the Lima Senior Cheerleaders will lead the group, which will be dressed in Spartan attire and tossing wrapped candy to parade watchers.

Spartan athletes, student groups, staff and the Spartan will also march in the parade.

The parade will line up starting at 9:15 a.m. Sept. 4 at St. Gerard School on Main St.

It will begin at 10 a.m. and end at Town Square in downtown Lima.
