LIMA — Eastown Road, between Allentown Road and West Elm Street, will be reduced by one lane from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.
The southbound lane will be closed for road work, with traffic delays to be expected.
