WAPAKONETA — The 14th annual Bicycle Safety Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 11 at the TSC garage and Wapakoneta Fire Department, Willipie Street, Wapakoneta.
Wapakoneta resident Marlene Froning created the event in memory of her son, Keith Wesley Froning, who died in a bicycle/car crash on Aug. 2, 1983. He was 9 years old at the time of the crash.
