LIMA — James W. O’Flannery has recently published his second novel, “The Rising of The Moon Book I Changing Tides Part I.
O’Flannery is a 2010 graduate of Shawnee High School and a 2015 graduate of The Ohio State University. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in classical humanities. He is currently a graduate student at the American Military University where he is pursuing a master degree in ancient and classical history.
O’Flannery’s first novel, “The Adventures of Richard McMurphy,” was published in 2011.
