LIMA — Fourth Street between state Route 65 and Interstate 75 will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, according to the city of Lima Engineer’s Office.
The closure, which is expected to last until Nov. 4, will allow for the reconstruction of the Indiana & Ohio Railroad grade crossing.
