Rosemary Craig will celebrate her 103rd birthday on Sept. 11.
LIMA — Rosemary Craig, of Lima, is celebrating her 103rd birthday with a family celebration at Indian Lake and a party at Assisted Living at The Springs on Eastown Road. Please send birthday cards to Rosemary Craig at AL512, The Springs of Lima; 370 N. Eastown Road; Lima, Ohio 45807.
Craig was born Sept. 11, 1920, in Lima to Frank and Rose Frost. On July 3, 1940, she married Odos Charles Craig, who died Sept. 16, 2011.
Craig has two children, Carol (John) Thomas, of Tellico Plains, Tennessee and Connie (Robert) Houser, of Wapakoneta; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Rosemary worked in the family businesses, first in the office of the Hume Elevator and then as office manager of Hume Supply, which built commercial buildings. She is a member of Bethlehem Christian Union Church and has been active in church and community activities all her life. Rosemary resides at The Springs in Lima, where she participates in trips and activities. She also attends family celebrations and activities.
