LIMA — Rosalee Rigali, of Lima, will be celebrating her 96th birthday in a private ceremony.
Rigali was born on March 22, 1927, in Harrisonburg, Virginia to Arlene and Frank Knight.
On June 28, 1947, she married Robert Charles Rigali, who died on August 13, 1986.
Rosalee and Robert had four children: Janie (Bill) Burkheimer of Harrod; David (Michele) Rigali, of Lima; Judi (Brad) Roush, of Lima; and Kathy (Tim) Morgan, of Lima. She has 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Another grandchild, Jonathan, is deceased.
Rigali is described as a loving mother and grandmother who loves crossword puzzles, going out to eat, and playing bingo. She is a member of St. Gerard’s Church.
