April 6

Larry D. Barton, 53, Paulding, was remanded to the WORTH Center on a charge of breaking and entering. He was placed on five years community control and was given credit for 49 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

April 10

Anthony Smith Jr., 35, Marion, was sentenced to six months in prison for forgery. He was given credit for 100 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation to the department of corrections.

MidFirst Bank, Oklahoma City, Okla., was granted a foreclosure against Garrett M. Inbody, Leipsic, in the amount of $214,213.49, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 3

Juan C. Hernandez, 34, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Andres S. Martinez, 38, Lima, was fined $150 for driving under FRA non-compliance.

April 11

Charles A. Hiegel, 42, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 175 days suspended, $100 fine.

Chase A. Meek, 32, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $100 fine and must complete a mental health assessment.

April 13

Matthew R. Stateler, 41, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing. Sentence: 180 days jail, 45 days suspended, and fined $50, and no contact with the victim or be within 250 feet of same. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing official business, sentenced to 90 days jail, suspended, fined $50 and must complete a mental health assessment.
